Community Gardening
Power of Paint works with the Pentridge Children's Garden to introduce gardening and wholistic living. Students learn about the art of vegetation while encouraging healthier eating, developing STEM skills, relieving stress, and improving mood & overall psychological wellbeing.
"Since 1992, the Pentridge Children's Garden has been a community garden for youth and families in West Philadelphia. The garden has been a volunteer run green space where youth and families learn to garden, play in a natural space, and participate in educational, artistic and creative activities. "
